In Komi-Permyak possessive constructions nominal possessors have an obligatory -lön genitive suffix (Lobanova 2017: 54–55). The accompanying possessee is usually unmarked (1)–(2), but can be marked occasionally (3) (cf. Rédei 1978: 61, Bartens 2000: 122, F. Gulyás et al. 2018). If the adnominal possessive construction is the object of the sentence, the possessor has obligatory ablative case with the possessed noun bearing a special possessive object agreement suffix (3), which is optional (4).
