In Komi-Permyak, adnominal adjectives do not agree with the noun either in number (2) or case (3) (Bartens 2000: 130), unlike demonstrative pronouns used as determiners (4), which can be marked for both number (5) and case (6). More recently, however, due to the influence of Russian, adnominal adjectives sporadically show number agreement (7)–(8) (Ponomareva 2010: 52).
