NoNNCaseAgr: Case agreement exists, but it does not apply in the case of head nouns and their noun adjuncts.
NNCaseAgr: The nominal adjunct has the same form as the head noun (full agreement).

In the Udmurt literary language nominal adjuncts do not agree in case form with the head noun. In spoken language and the language of the media, however, case agreement frequently takes place (Kelmakov 2003: 16–18, Salánki 2007: 167–169); in the latter case the modifier follows the head noun (2). Case agreement between the head noun and a proper noun (together with the accompanying inverted order) may be the result of Russian influence (Salánki 2007: 167).
