SyntPP

SyntPP: PPs have a synthetic stem (i.e., the morphological expression of number and person occurs simultaneously), and the expression of different numbers within the same person does not display internal flexion.

singularplural

2nd persontonti
3rd personsosoos

In Udmurt, the form of all personal pronouns goes back to the Proto-Finno-Ugric mV, tV, *sV base (Bereczki 2003: 47), but from a synchronic perspective they cannot be considered flexional variants of the same root. In third person plural, the singular pronoun so combines with the productive plural suffix -os.
