PP=Dem +Dem~PPDist

PP=Dem: There is no distinction between personal pronouns and demonstrative pronouns.

Dem~PPDist: Third-person personal pronouns are etymologically related to only distal demonstrative pronouns. (In some cases, this is limited to non-singular pronouns.)

(1)sootynsureda-šk-e.
(s)hetheredrawPRS3SG
’(S)he is drawing there.’ (Tarakanov 2011: 109)

’for that oak’ (Perevoshchikov et al. 1962: 175)

In Udmurt, third person singular and plural personal pronouns (so and soos) have the same form and etymology as distal demonstratives.
